‘Real NZ’ Dunedin almost ready for release

'Real New Zealand' Dunedin will be the first Real NZ release since Nelson, and will hopefully be the first of what will be a steady release of new scenery over the coming year.

Just to remind you what 'Real New Zealand' entails, these are complete custom-modelled and photographically textured airports on top of a high resolution aerial image, fully autogenned. The included airports are Taieri (NZTI), the home of the Otago Aeroclub, and Dunedin International Airport (NZDN).

The photoscenery includes the Otago Harbour and Peninsula, Dunedin city, and the Taieri Plains. There'a a custom 5 metre elevation mesh for much of the area, and some custom autogen trees which will hopefully be the beginning of a major New Zealand autogen rebuild.

It will be available for FSX, FSX-Steam Edition, and Prepar3d v2 and v3. It is designed to work with the default simulator, Vector Land Class, and Orbx FTX NZSI.
